Combis has won the award for the bet integration of employer brand and corporate brand at the Employer Branding Awards Adria event.
The best brand integration project was our campaign on the security of the 30SEC portfolio, in which the focus was (and continues to be) educating the public about online dangers. This was achieved through the Hack3r beer, the first craft beer intended for the technology scene, and the book series “Fairy Tales in the Digital World”, which teaches the youngest children about digital dangers.
“Creating an interesting and previously unseen educational initiative by a business-to-business company, that is positively welcomed by the general public and then awarded by an esteemed jury is an exceptional compliment for our creative 30SEC team, who deserve our heartfelt congratulations,” said Maja Markulin Klarić, director of Digital Innovations at Combis.
30SEC is the name of the Combis broad security portfolio that brings together a well-tuned team of colleagues who work on a number of security projects. The portfolio is also surrounded by the team that created and developed numerous marketing and PR campaigns, a series of educational articles and blogs, two websites, and many events. Together with the Varionica Brewery, we have cooked up dark and light versions of the Hack3r craft beer, designed hoodies, calendars, and ensured that this ‘securely good beer’ is available to both Combis employees and the public at large.
For the younger population, the book series “Fairy Tales in a Digital World” was created in cooperation with the Centre for Missing and Abused Children. The series include well-known fairy tales such as The Three Little Pigs, The Ugly Duckling, Pinocchio, and others. The books are aimed at educating young children about how to safely and smartly use the internet.
The storybooks are accompanied by a workbook section at the end of every story, that includes tasks and questions that children can solve together with their parents. An additional motive for publishing the storybook is to help the Centre for Missing and Abused Children, as all proceeds from the sale of the storybooks go to the Centre.
“Children are the most vulnerable group online, and should be taught from the earliest days about the threats lurking there. If you have not yet chosen a Christmas gift for your children, nephews, little neighbours and friends, we have a proposal – click on the Centre website, and you might just find the right gift waiting there,” was the suggest made by Maja Markulin Klarić.
