Combis invites all those interested to join them on Tuesday, 29 November from 11 am to 2 pm in the tent at the Hilton Winter Garden Hotel for the charity event “Combis humanitarians”.
In this charity event, the Combis volunteers will be selling storybooks aimed at educating children about the dangers on the internet as part of the series “Fairy Tales in the Digital World”.
The collection was created in cooperation between Combis and the Centre for Missing and Abused Children. During this campaign, three storybooks will be available for sale, The Three Little Pigs, The Ugly Duckling, and Pinocchio, the latter of which will be available for the first time on 29 November. Each storybook is priced at HRK 49.90.
This new praiseworthy project by Combis was organised to celebrate the company’s 32nd birthday, and as a continuation of our educational initiatives on internet dangers.
The holiday period is an ideal moment to bright up the day for your youngest with a traditional storybook, where the story still tells an important message. In this collection, each book comes with a workbook section and tasks, and this message is transferred in the context of the digital age.
Most importantly, the proceeds of each storybook sale go directly to the Centre for Missing and Abused Children.
The Hilton Winter Garden Hotel is situated at Radnička 21, Zagreb.
The first two picture books in the series (The Three Little Pigs and The Ugly Duckling) are available on the website, and starting in early December, the third book in the series Pinocchio will be available, hot off the presses.
