Zagreb, 22 November 2022 – During an event dedicated to Cloud technology, Combis presented a comprehensive set of services popularly called XaaS (Anything as a Service), that enable companies complete liberation from the need to possess IT equipment, thereby lowering their capital expenditures.
Igor Dužević, vice-president of Combis, and director of Cloud Combis, stated during the presentation that the solution is specifically tailored to each customer, depending on their business needs, in consultation with Combis consultants and architects. At all times, the customer is able to expand or reduce the quantity of equipment and services it uses.
“We love to stress the true partnership relationship we have with our customers. This implies an individual approach and selection of specific equipment and services that the customer needs at that time for their unhindered operations. For the entire duration of the contract, all equipment is under our ownership, meaning that the customer has complete cost control through a monthly instalment, in line with the parameters set up within the SLA agreement,” stated Dužević.
Combis has stated that Cloud No9 includes services and solutions designed to give the customer more, containing a combination of private, public, hybrid or managed, with the possibility of HT data centres, with maximum security. Each project is tailor designed, because even though the Combis strength and expertise are global, access is always local.
“Digitalisation is rapidly changing the face of business, and we are here to ensure our customers have a seamless transition. The emphasis is always on security, which is a prerequisite for IT systems. Unfortunately, we are witnessing an explosion of cybercrime, because today we work from a hundred locations, a hundred computers, and countless connected devices, and so cybernetic attacks are much easier to implement than before. This is the main area companies should be investing in, alongside digitalisation, in order to work normally and be successful,” stated Domagoj Pehar, vice-president of Combis and head of its online security department.
Technology is always a means, and never the goal, and therefore, Combis stresses that technology should be used to build a better society. This is possible through numerous projects in the #GetInvolved initiative. The next such initiative is a charity campaign that will be held on 29 November, on Combis’ birthday, with a sale of storybooks intended to educate children about the dangers lurking online. All proceeds of the sales go to the Centre for Missing and Abused Children.
